Valuations & single-owner sales
When a collection is worth more together than apart, we say so, and we build a sale around it rather than scattering it across four.
Valuation visits
We visit within the Portland metro at no charge and further afield at cost. You get a written range per object and a plain view on what is worth selling, what is worth keeping and what is honestly worth nothing.
That last category is the one most valuers will not put in writing. We will.
Single-owner sales
A collection with a coherent story — one maker, one house, one workshop — usually clears higher sold together, because the story brings bidders who would not have found the individual objects.
We will build a dedicated sale around a collection where the arithmetic supports it, and tell you plainly when it does not.
Settlement
Sellers are settled within 10 to 14 business days of the buyer’s payment clearing, by transfer, with a line-by-line statement showing hammer, commission and net for every lot.
