A large coiled basket in willow over a seagrass core, with a leather-wrapped handle. Coiling is regular and tight throughout except at one break, noted below.

Dry but not brittle. Will take weight.

Bids are on the hammer price. A buyer’s premium of 18% is added to the hammer, and shipping is quoted separately — $40 for this lot, packed and sent domestically. At the current next minimum of $30 that comes to $35.40 before shipping, or $75.40 delivered.
